Job Title: Multi Skilled Painter/Body Repairer

We are seeking a skilled Multi Skilled Painter/Body Repairer to join our client's team in Stratford-upon-Avon. Reporting to the Bodyshop Controller, you will be responsible for carrying out paint and panel repair work on all makes of Ford motor vehicles in a safe and economical manner, achieving the highest possible standards of work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out paint and panel repair work on all makes of Ford motor vehicles
  • Work within relevant protocols, as dictated by legislation, the company, E-scribe, Manufacturers or ATA Senior Technicians
  • Plan your workload effectively to ensure vehicles are ready to agreed timescales
  • Work skillfully and safely under pressure
  • Carry out work in accordance with manufacturers specification
  • Work as part of a team as well as on your own initiative with minimal supervision
  • Be flexible in your approach
  • Continually work to high standards with customer satisfaction in mind


Requirements
  • At least 2 years experience as an automotive Panel / Paint Technician
  • ATA/NVQ certification is advantageous but not essential
  • Experience in Paint Spraying / Panel Beating
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
