Infrastructure Management Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Management Specialist to safely and effectively deliver a programme of capital projects across our 16 sites. The successful applicant will have responsibility for managing an operational team, including the Programme Management Office (PMO), Clerks of Works, and NEC Supervisors.
The role will involve effectively sourcing and working with consultants to ensure the effective design and delivery of projects, as well as developing individual projects through outline and detailed design stages. Strong financial management skills are required to manage projects within budget.
The post holder will be responsible for managing regulatory processes associated with capital projects, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring each project completes in a timely manner. Excellent communication skills are necessary to work effectively with stakeholders, including external Grant funders.
