Senior Capital Assets Manager

We are seeking an experienced Capital Project Delivery Specialist to lead the safe and effective delivery of a programme of capital projects across 16 sites for Grwp Llandrillo Menai.
This role will be responsible for overseeing an operational team, including the Programme Management Office (PMO), Clerks of Works, and NEC Supervisors. The successful candidate will have the ability to effectively source and work with consultants to deliver high-quality results.
The estimated salary range for this position is between £60,000 and £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you have the necessary qualifications and skills, please read on for more information.
Key responsibilities of this role include:
- Leading a team of Programme Managers, Clerks of Works, and NEC Supervisors to deliver multiple capital projects simultaneously.
- Developing and implementing project management strategies to ensure timely and within-budget completion.
- Sourcing and managing external consultants to support project delivery.
- Maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
