About the Role


We are seeking an experienced Care Assistant to join our team in Alnwick, NE66. As a Care Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safer and more independent lives in their own homes.


Salary & Benefits


The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £12.54 per hour, plus 45p mileage. We also offer a range of benefits, including enhanced occupational maternity and adoption pay, death in service payment, pension scheme, and benefits and well-being platform.


Job Description


Your key responsibilities will include assisting with personal care, managing medications, and supporting clients with daily living tasks such as shopping and mealtimes.


Requirements


To be successful in this role, you will need to be compassionate, resilient, and able to work effectively as part of a close-knit team. You do not require any prior social care experience, but a willingness to learn and develop new skills is essential.
