Job Title: Senior Hospitality Professional

Job Description:

MPA Recruitment seeks a highly skilled and motivated senior hospitality professional to lead our restaurant team.

This role requires exceptional leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to deliver outstanding customer service.

The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a passion for hospitality.

This is a full-time position, with five shifts per week (approximately 40 hours per week).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the restaurant team, motivating and inspiring them to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Manage staff and tasks efficiently, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations
Requirements:
  • Experience as a supervisor in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment
  • Ambitious leaders who want to progress in their careers
  • Strong business acumen, including financial management and budgeting skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Possession of NVQ Level 3 in Hospitality Management or related qualification
