">Job Description
  • To enhance and develop the curriculum to meet the needs of all pupils, providing them with relevant skills and knowledge to succeed.
  • To secure high-quality teaching, effective use of resources, and improve standards of learning and achievement for all pupils in consultation with the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team.
  • To teach a broad and balanced curriculum for all pupils, across the range of SEN needs and ages.
  • Support pupils making progress, differentiating where appropriate.
  • To monitor, record, and report upon pupil progress.

In this role, you will work collaboratively with teaching assistants, teachers, and tutors to create a stimulating learning environment that promotes literacy skills and encourages pupils to reach their full potential.

With excellent resources, programs, and technology to support learning, you will have the tools necessary to make a meaningful impact on the lives of your students.
