**Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Experience and Skills: 5-10 years of top industry experience in residential property sales, valuing, winning business, selling stock, and delighting customers.
  • Strategy and Leadership: A clear understanding of what it takes to manage a marketing budget, generate leads, and build a local valuation machine, with strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate your team.
  • Alignment and Brand Ambassadors: Strong alignment with the Nested brand and a customer-centric approach, with excellent social media skills and enthusiasm to build your personal brand and engage with your community.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
