About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Chief Revenue Officer to join our team at PXP Financial. As a key member of our Senior Management team, you will be responsible for leading our Commercial function and driving revenue growth across all regions and channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive commercial strategy to drive revenue growth and expansion into new markets.
  • Lead the Account and Business Development Departments to achieve budgeted results and drive earnings growth.
  • Collaborate with other senior sales professionals to identify and drive enterprise sales in complex and sophisticated organisations.
  • Partner with the Product Group to identify and develop new products based on customer and competitor insights.
  • Develop and implement best-in-class sales approaches, processes, and meetings to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales, account management, business development, and commercial support team.
  • Ensure the adoption of best-in-class CRM and sales approaches across the organisation.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of successful sales history at a senior level in the payment industry.
  • Extensive knowledge of retail payments and a strong understanding of the commercial landscape.
  • Highly connected within the payments sector with a proven ability to generate leads and drive revenue growth.
  • Strong commercial skills and a pragmatic approach to business.
  • Ability to attract and retain top talent and drive business growth.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for value creation and pursuit of excellence.
