About the Role

We are seeking a Health and Safety Lead to join our team at Sevington Inland Border Facility, Ashford.

The ideal candidate will have 3 years' experience in managing safety in a similar industry environment, with certification to NEBOSH General Certificate (or to be met within 6 months).

Responsibilities
  • Promote and embed a positive safety culture.
  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety legislation, client codes of practice, governance and assurance in line with Sodexo policy and contract requirements.
  • Delve ongoing safety and well-being continuous improvement through a programme of improvement initiatives.
  • Provide effective, efficient, and professional support and advice on all aspects of Health and Safety.

The salary for this role is approximately £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
