Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Generalist Expert to join our team at pyramid8 in Huddersfield. As an HR Manager, you will oversee all aspects of HR functions, ensuring alignment with company goals and compliance with UK employment laws.

This is a stand-alone role requiring a well-rounded HR professional to handle employee relations, performance management, recruitment, benefits administration, and HR policy development.

The ideal candidate will foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture, provide support to employees and managers, and ensure efficient HR operations.

  • HR Administration, Reporting and Analytics

Key skills and qualifications:

  • CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience of a HR Manager role essential
  • Proven experience in managing all aspects of HR, including employee relations, HR strategy and performance management.

Technical skills:

  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with HR reporting, data analysis, and strategic HR planning.

Interpersonal skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, able to handle complex issues with empathy and professionalism.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Estimated salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum.
