Racing Technology Analyst

Responsibilities:
- To lead the development of test plans for the Simulator, identifying key areas for improvement and implementing changes.
- To collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless integration of Simulator and real-world car performance.
- To advance the capabilities of our driver-in-the-loop simulator, exploring new technologies and methods to enhance its effectiveness.
- To create and implement vehicle performance analysis methodologies that can be applied across both simulator and real-world environments.
- To apply expertise in vehicle dynamics and performance to address complex problems and optimize car development.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in developing hardware-in-the-loop simulations.
- A degree in a relevant Engineering discipline, with strong technical knowledge, mathematical background, and understanding of vehicle dynamics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Professional engineering experience in Formula 1 or another high-level motorsport championship.
- Expertise in MATLAB/Simulink and Motorsport data analysis software (e.g., Atlas).
- Programming skills in Python or C would be beneficial.
