About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our bookings team as a Customer Service Administrator. As a representative of Blue Arrow, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing an exceptional service experience and ensuring their needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete telephony, digital, and administrative tasks to service customer queries
  • Make outbound calls to patient listings, booking them in for appointments
  • Provide an outstanding service experience to customers by managing various inbound queries
  • Ensure each customer receives a high level of customer care and attention at all times
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work unsupervised and deliver quality work within deadlines
  • Basic computer literacy and keyboard skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and internet usage
  • Positive and approachable manner, with a natural desire to help customers
