About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our bookings team as a Customer Service Administrator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care and attention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound follow-up calls to expectant patients to book appointments
  • Deliver quality work across multiple tasks within required deadlines
  • Provide excellent communication, both written and verbal, and possess a good telephone manner
  • Listen actively and empathetically to customers' concerns
  • Take ownership of customer problems and resolve them at first point of contact
  • Complete data entry and processing, maintaining data entry protocols and recording information accurately
  • Collaborate with the team to clarify facts, exchange information, and resolve enquiries and issues
Requirements
  • Basic maths, English, and computer skills are required
  • Desirable: customer service experience, face-to-face or over the phone in any capacity
