About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Damage Assessor to join our team in Glasgow. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing vehicle damage and ensuring that repairs are carried out to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess vehicle damage and identify the necessary repairs
  • Work with our engineering team to ensure that repairs are carried out efficiently and effectively
  • Collaborate with customers to ensure that their vehicles are repaired to their satisfaction
  • Ensure that all repairs are carried out in accordance with our company's health and safety procedures
  • Contribute to the development of our team's skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Experience in vehicle repair and assessment
  • Knowledge of Thatcham repair methods and Audatex
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
