Working Pattern: Part time: 20 hours per week, Term Time Only plus 2 INSET days

Contract Type: Permanent

Full-time Equivalent Salary: Between £25,979 - £27,803

Actual Salary: Between £11, £11,318.44

Pay Scale: Grade 4 SCP 7-8

Hourly Rate: Between £ £12.80

Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic inclusion team. The successful candidate will support the learning and progress of students, working closely with subject teachers to deliver high-quality educational experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the learning and progress of students, working closely with subject teachers to deliver high-quality educational experiences.
  • Plan, prepare, and deliver learning activities for individuals or small groups, assessing, recording, and reporting on students' achievement, progress, and development.
  • Work collaboratively with the inclusion team to develop and implement strategies to support students with diverse needs.
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting social, emotional, and academic well-being.
