We are seeking a Graduate Strength and Conditioning Coach to join our team on a casual, zero-hours basis. As a key member of our Performance Programmes, you will be responsible for providing cover and supporting our coaches in delivering high-quality strength and conditioning services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strength and conditioning support to our Performance Programmes
  • Work with our coaches to develop and deliver training programmes
  • Contribute to the development of our strength and conditioning services
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure excellent customer service

Requirements

  • Graduate degree in a relevant field (e.g. Sports Science, Exercise Science)
  • Experience in strength and conditioning coaching or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
