UKCIL Ltd is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant to support our 16-year-old daughter.

The successful candidate will have experience working with individuals with learning and physical disabilities and excellent communication skills.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Assist with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
  2. Prepare and administer medications via gastrostomy tube.
  3. Transfer the individual using slings and hoists safely.
  4. Feed meals and snacks orally.
  5. Respond to seizures using rescue medication, following proper training.
Working Hours and Schedule

The role requires flexibility to accommodate varying schedules.

Typical hours include:

  • 2 hours, 6:30 am - 8:30 am, on school days.
  • 4-6 hours, afternoon to evening, on Saturdays and Sundays.
  • Covering other team members' holidays and additional hours during school breaks.
