This SEN Teaching Assistant role is based in a vibrant mainstream primary school in the Redbridge area.

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced SEN TA to join our supportive team, requiring an immediate start. This role offers a competitive daily rate of 90-110 pounds.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) on a 1:1 basis or in small groups.
  • Assisting with the delivery of tailored learning plans to help pupils achieve their potential.
  • Collaborating with teachers and SENCO to adapt classroom activities.
  • Promoting an inclusive and positive learning environment.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience working with children with SEN in a school setting.
  • A valid DBS check registered on the update service (essential).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and a passion for supporting children's development.
