Service Care Solutions Ltd is working alongside a thriving local authority based in Berkshire, seeking an experienced Planning and Highways Legal Specialist to join their dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to work remotely with flexible hours.

This role can offer a competitive daily rate of £52.50-£57.50 (est.) and operates on a three-month rolling contract basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in Planning and Highways Law within the public sector.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Handling a full caseload on Planning and Highways Law from start to completion.
  • Undertaking and maintaining a caseload of work with primary emphasis in Town and Country Planning, highways work, and public rights of way.

To succeed in this position, you should have:

  • At least 3 years PQE in Planning Law.
  • Excellent knowledge of s106 agreements, policy, minerals, waste, and CIL.
