We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Leadership Position to join our team at the British Heart Foundation in Belfast. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a community-based team to deliver exceptional customer service.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have experience of managing stock levels, visual merchandising, and store operations. They will also be able to develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and profitability, as well as collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a community-based team to deliver exceptional customer service and maximize sales through physical and digital channels.
  • Manage stock levels, visual merchandising, and store operations to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and profitability, including identifying new opportunities and implementing initiatives to improve sales performance.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and support the development of the store team.
