Early Years Teacher Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Teacher to join our team at Bright Horizons Burgess Hill Day Nursery and Preschool.

About the Role

As an Early Years Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality learning experiences that cater to the unique needs and interests of our children. You will work closely with our experienced team to create a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the Early Years Foundation Stage
  • Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Contribute to the development of our nursery's curriculum and policies
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS), or a relevant Level 6 Early Years Qualification
  • Previous experience working in the Early Years sector
  • A sound understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage
  • A passion for making learning fun and engaging for young children
