About this Role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to support our clients with their financial needs. As a Financial Support Specialist, you will work closely with our senior finance manager to provide administrative support for sales ledger management.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with sales ledgers, basic accounting knowledge, and IT competence, especially in Excel. If you are a proactive problem solver with excellent attention to detail, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage sales ledger for multiple clients
- Allocate cash payments and chase overdue amounts via phone or email
- Reconcile bank accounts in a timely manner
- Perform ad-hoc duties and activities as required
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Experience working with sales ledgers
- Basic accounting skills and knowledge of VAT
- Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Excel
- Proactive problem-solving and attention to detail
Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
