Job Overview:

Hays Specialist Recruitment is working closely with a prominent FMCG company in Northern Ireland to find an exceptional Business Development Manager to spearhead sales growth initiatives in the alcoholic drinks sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to drive sales growth.
  • Develop and execute strategies to expand the customer base and achieve consistent sales, profit, and margin goals.
  • Stay responsive to customer needs and adapt to changing market conditions.

Qualifications and Experience:

To be successful in this role, you should have 3+ years' experience in field sales within the alcoholic beverages market, strong analytical skills, flexibility, and a full clean driving licence. Knowledge of the wine and spirits marketplace is also highly desirable.

Package Details:

The package includes a competitive salary of £35,000-£40,000 depending on experience, private medical insurance, bonus opportunities, a fully expensed company car, mobile phone, laptop, and more.
