Job Description:

Austen Lloyd Limited is seeking a senior employment lawyer to join its team in Surrey. The successful candidate will have a strong background in employment law and be able to handle a diverse caseload, including contentious and non-contentious issues.

The ideal candidate will have approximately 2+ years of PQE in employment law and demonstrated expertise in handling a variety of employment law cases. They should also have excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

The estimated salary for this role is around £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Approximately 2+ years of PQE in Employment Law.
  • Demonstrated expertise in handling a variety of employment law cases.
  • Experience representing both employers and employees.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
