About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Audit Director to join our team at Cooper Parry. As a key member of our audit team, you will be responsible for leading a portfolio of clients and working closely with our dedicated team to deliver exceptional audit services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of auditors to deliver high-quality audit services to clients
  • Develop and implement audit strategies to meet client needs and regulatory requirements
  • Manage client relationships and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with other directors and partners to win new business and grow the audit team
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and industry developments to ensure compliance and best practices
Requirements
  • Previous experience as an audit director in a practice environment
  • Ability to bring creative solutions to craft exceptional client experiences
  • Ability to take a collaborative approach with clients and with the rest of the PB team
  • Responsible Individual status and ability to sign off UK audit reports
  • Ability to manage to deadlines and lead/develop an audit team
  • Confident and proven ability leading relationships with key client contacts
