As a key member of the facilities management team, you will be responsible for undertaking the maintenance and repair of air conditioning equipment, including service, maintenance, and repair of split AC systems, VRV/VRF systems, and heat pumps.

Responsibilities:

  1. Undertake routine inspections and maintenance of air conditioning equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  2. Carry out repairs and replacements of air conditioning equipment, including split AC systems, VRV/VRF systems, and heat pumps.
  3. Work with various manufacturer plants, including Daikin, Mitsubishi, Media, Toshiba, and LG, to gain a comprehensive understanding of installation designs and troubleshooting procedures.
  4. Liaise with manufacturers to resolve technical issues and seek assistance when required.
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of work completed, including inspections, repairs, and maintenance.
  6. Collaborate with the facilities management team to ensure seamless service delivery and excellent customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  1. Relevant qualifications, such as FGAS & ODS regs, time served apprenticeship, C&G Level 3/NVQ, or equivalent.
  2. Proven experience within a maintenance and facilities management environment.
  3. Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations, Permit to Work procedures, and safe systems of working.
