This is a diverse role where no two days are the same, requiring a flexible and adaptable individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will have experience within a maintenance or facilities management environment, with a strong understanding of air conditioning systems, including service, maintenance, and repair of split AC systems, VRV/VRF systems, and heat pumps.

You will be responsible for undertaking the maintenance and repair of air conditioning equipment, as well as working on specific refrigeration equipment such as chilled cabinets / multideck or ice machines.

A key aspect of this role is the ability to work independently, with a strong understanding of installation designs and bespoke manufacturer troubleshooting procedures. You will also be comfortable with seeking manufacturer technical support autonomously.

The estimated annual salary for this position is around £45,000-£65,000, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
