Role Overview

In this critical role, you will be responsible for leading project control systems to meet site objectives across designated projects. With a focus on delivering high-quality results, you will ensure service providers meet AtkinsRéalis requirements and drive performance.

Main Responsibilities
  • Coordinate, develop, and implement project control systems, tools, capability, and procedures.
  • Provide timely and relevant information to facilitate accurate decision-making that drives results.
  • Drive performance to industry-standard benchmarks.
Key Challenges
  • Driving sustained improvement in cost performance through accurate and timely management information.
  • Supporting culture change using relevant KPIs to drive performance and deliver desired outcomes.
Requirements
  • Team leader experience with the ability to develop team members.
  • Deep technical experience in project services disciplines (Cost Estimating, Cost Engineering, Project Scheduling).
  • Extensive experience working in a project portfolio environment.
  • Good understanding of Third-Party Service Provider contract terminology.

The estimated salary for this role is £80,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. If you have strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.
