Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Nurse Specialist in the West Midlands region. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced nurse to work with patients who require complex care and rehabilitation services.

About the Role:
As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and expertise to our team of healthcare professionals. You will work closely with patients, their families, and our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality, person-centered care to patients with spinal injuries or neurological conditions
* Develop and implement care plans that address the physical, emotional, and social needs of patients
* Work closely with our operational team to ensure seamless delivery of care services
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and support to patients
* Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient care

Requirements:
* A valid NMC registration and a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Registered Nurse
* Proven experience working with patients with spinal injuries or neurological conditions
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
* Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
