We have a wonderful opportunity for an enthusiastic and dynamic HR Coordinator to join our HR team.

Our multi-award-winning specialist care services support people with complex conditions including acquired brain injury, acquired spinal injury, neurological conditions, learning disabilities, and respiratory & ventilation.
**What you'll be working**:
- Full time - HR Coordinator
- Hybrid working, with the occasional travel
- 37.5hrs per week
- 09:00 to 17:30 Monday to Friday
- Pay rate - £24,000
Interviews to take place Friday 23rd February.
**What you'll be doing**:
- The role is to provide Excellent administrative skills and attention to detail
- Strong IT and HR Systems skills would be beneficial (Advances - OpenHR and Cloud HR ideally)
- Is independent, self-motivated as likely most remote working from home, depending upon location
- Strong customer focused attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Close attention to detail required
- Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise as appropriate
- Tasks include, references, DBS renewals, Doctor appraisals and revalidation support, contract amendments, some basic HR advice and guidance with ambiguity on some information and leaver process for sites.
- Reporting for Workbuzz, Reward Gateway
**What you'll have**:
- Previous office administrator, HR admin Experience
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong interpersonal skills and detail orientated
- Be proactive with a can-do attitude, discretion and tactfulness
- Willing and friendly team player and ability to liaise with multiple areas of the business
- Experience of working in Healthcare sector would be advantageous
