**Role Overview:**

We are recruiting for a Middle School Art Specialist to join our Art, Design & Technology team at Wayman Group. This exciting opportunity involves teaching Art, Design & Technology to GCSE and A-Level students, fostering creativity and innovation in the classroom.

**Key Accountabilities:**

  • Design and deliver comprehensive lesson plans for Art, Design & Technology classes
  • Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students, promoting artistic growth and self-expression
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and assessment

**Qualifications and Experience:**

  • Master's degree in Fine Arts, Design, or related field
  • QTS and/or equivalent teaching certification
  • At least 3 years of experience teaching secondary school Art and Design courses
