Senior Audit Associate

Crowe is seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Senior Associate to join our Corporate Audit team in Maidstone, Kent, UK. As a Senior Associate, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality audit services to our clients, ensuring their financial statements are accurate and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage audit teams to deliver client-based assignments, ensuring high-quality work and timely completion.
- Develop and implement audit strategies, identifying areas of risk and ensuring effective risk management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth delivery of audit services, including liaison with other departments to ensure the smooth delivery of the Audit process.
- Stay up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry developments, applying this knowledge to ensure our clients' financial statements are accurate and compliant.
- Develop and implement training programs for junior team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality audit services.
- Participate in service line, office, and firm-wide activities, contributing to the development of our audit services and ensuring they meet the needs of our clients.
- ACA/ACCA/CA qualification essential.
- Solid foundation of auditing experience and different accounting standards.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- A passion for client service and a focus on delivering high-quality work.
- Displays energy and enthusiasm, with a keenness to further your own personal development and meet your career ambitions.
