Senior Audit Associate

Crowe is seeking a talented and ambitious Senior Associate to strengthen the Corporate Audit function. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality audit work, leading and coaching team members, and managing relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for clients, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Lead and manage fieldwork on clients' sites, ensuring the smooth delivery of the audit process.
- Assist in the planning, execution, and finalization of audit assignments, providing solutions and seeking input for areas of concern and judgment.
- Consider and manage risk, including reputational, operational, and credit risk, in all interactions with clients.
- Produce high-quality work for manager and/or partner review, clearly highlighting issues and providing potential solutions.
- Demonstrate business development skills, identifying additional sales opportunities and contributing to the growth of the firm.
- Participate in service line, office, and firm-wide activities, sharing knowledge and expertise with colleagues.
Requirements
- ACA/ACCA/CA qualification essential.
- Solid foundation of auditing experience and knowledge of different accounting standards.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- A passion for client service and a focus on achieving results.
- A keenness to further your own personal development and meet your career ambitions.
