Role Overview:

This permanent, full-time position involves working across North Lancashire, providing expert care and support to individuals in their homes. You will undertake supervision and line management of junior staff while balancing a complex caseload.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Supervision: Lead and supervise junior staff, ensuring effective delivery of care and support services.
  • Care Planning and Coordination: Develop and implement personalized care plans, coordinating services to meet individual needs.

Requirements:

  • HCPC Registration: Be registered with the Health Care Professions Council (HCPC) or have applied to register.
