Job Summary:
As an Aerospace Production Specialist at Impact Recruitment Services, you will be responsible for manufacturing formulations to meet planned volumes and targets in accordance with safety and quality standards. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate mixing and associated equipment
  • Record and monitor performance vs target in terms of HSE, quality, OEE, staff and waste
  • Maintain an excellent standard of housekeeping
  • Actively participate in safety, quality and continuous improvement activities
  • Loading and unloading plastic strips into a machine
  • Packing
  • Quality checking
  • General housekeeping


Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
