Delivering Business Improvements to Customers
As a key member of our sales team, you will be working closely with the marketing team to develop our existing customer base, deliver a first-class level of customer service to our clients, and ensure the sales process is managed against KPIs. You will have daily contact with regular accounts, building key customer relationships, and work with internal departments to ensure all areas of the account are being run effectively.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn new processes and systems in a fast-paced environment, with training provided on our internal systems used. You should also have computer skills, including experience of Windows, Outlook, Word, and Excel, excellent communication skills, with a positive telephone manner, and timely response to customer queries to resolve these. Additionally, you will have experience of working in a team and across departments.
