Job Summary:

A highly skilled Electrical Infrastructure Manager is required to oversee the management and development of critical electrical infrastructure across a dynamic multi-campus estate.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the installation, maintenance, and upgrades of electrical distribution systems, ensuring fault-free operations.
  2. Establish engineering standards for excellence and documentation to guarantee compliance and efficiency.
  3. Collaborate with capital project teams on design, commissioning, and handover stages, providing expert guidance on electrical systems.
  4. Train and mentor teams, promoting knowledge sharing and service delivery improvements.
  5. Maintain safety and compliance through rigorous adherence to health and safety standards and effective AP process management.
Requirements:
  • HND/HNC in Building Services or equivalent qualifications and experience.
  • Proven expertise in electrical distribution systems, including HV/LV AP qualifications.
  • Managerial experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of health and safety legislation.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently while managing budgets, teams, and contractors effectively.
