Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Infrastructure Manager to join our team at CBRE. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a deep understanding of electrical systems and infrastructure.

In this position, you will be responsible for managing the electrical infrastructure of our clients' properties. This includes ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, as well as providing technical guidance and support to our operational teams.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, as well as experience in project management and leadership. You should also be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels and possess excellent problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the electrical infrastructure of client properties, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to operational teams.
  • Develop and implement plans to improve electrical system efficiency and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical engineering or a related field.
  • Strong background in project management and leadership.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
