We are seeking a skilled Bank Project Worker to join our team at Oak Lodge, Attleborough, Norfolk. As a Bank Project Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing support to our customers, promoting their independence, and enhancing their quality of life.

About the Role:

  • You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide one-to-one support as required.
  • You will undertake risk assessments and review customers' needs to ensure their safety and well-being.
  • You will regularly assess the needs of our customers, write, and update support plans to reflect their changing requirements.
  • You will develop professional relationships with our customers, using clear and effective communication to maintain their personal choice, privacy, and dignity.
  • You will deliver small group activities to promote recovery and well-being.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience of working with adults with physical/learning disabilities or high needs.
  • The ability to relate and empathize with people with physical/learning disabilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in highly pressured situations.
  • Experience with developing and maintaining accurate records and support plans.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft packages and internet communications.
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or willing to work towards is desirable.
