We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Colleague in our Banbridge Extra store. As a Colleague, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our store.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service, greeting customers with a smile and serving them with pride
- Build rapport with customers, ensuring they have a great shopping experience
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and service targets
- Be knowledgeable about our products and services, making recommendations to customers
- Contribute to maintaining a clean and safe store environment
- Participate in seasonal, community, and charity events, creating a positive and inclusive atmosphere
