We are seeking a highly skilled Bid Management Expert to join our team in Belfast. As a key member of our Managed Services organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing bid strategies to maximize success rates. You will also be responsible for coordinating the bid process from start to finish, including scheduling, planning, and execution.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, with a strong background in project management and commercial acumen. They will also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement bid strategies to maximize success rates
- Coordinate the bid process from start to finish, including scheduling, planning, and execution
- Develop and maintain bid templates and tools to support the bid submission process
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role in an IT organization
- Strong background in project management (Prince II/ PMP/ Agile)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Salary: Up to £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. The company offers a range of benefits, including remote working options, 33 days' holiday, and a solid pension match.
