Role Description:
As the Director of Product Management - Advanced Analytics and AI, you'll be responsible for driving the development and implementation of our AI-driven and advanced analytics products. This role demands expertise in AI, machine learning, data analytics, and product management, alongside strong collaboration skills to engage with various teams across the organization.
Main Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for advanced analytics and AI offerings, ensuring alignment with the overall product vision.
- Identify trends, opportunities, and customer pain points through market research and competitive analysis, informing product development.
- Foster close relationships with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and understand their needs, guaranteeing our AI/ML products address real-world issues and create value.
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop, launch, and refine AI-driven features and analytics capabilities.
- Oversee the product lifecycle from concept to launch, including defining product requirements, prioritizing features, and managing timelines for AI/analytics-related products.
- Ensure seamless integration of AI and machine learning models into our product suite, enhancing product capabilities and customer outcomes.
- Analyze data and metrics to inform product decisions, measure product success, and refine features to meet customer needs and market demands.
- Develop go-to-market strategies for AI/analytics products with product-marketing, marketing, sales, and customer success teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years in AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics-driven products.
- Strong technical expertise in AI, machine learning, and data analytics, with knowledge of their applications in SaaS products.
- Track record of successfully leading end-to-end product development lifecycles, from ideation to launch, with a focus on delivering complex AI/analytics features.
- Able to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in fast-paced, Agile environments with cross-functional teams.
Estimated Salary: $140,000 - $170,000 per year
