Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist/Administrator to join our team at Redfern Health Centre. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our GP partners and nurses.

Main Responsibilities

• Respond to patient inquiries and requests via phone, email, and in-person

• Generate repeat prescriptions and perform general clerical duties

• Manage patient registrations, liaise with hospitals, pharmacies, and other care providers

• Book appointments and reviews, and perform general administrative tasks

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team

• Good IT skills and ability to use initiative

• Experience in the NHS an advantage but not essential
