Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist/Administrator to join our team at Redfern Health Centre. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our GP partners and nurses.

Main Duties

Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing patient requests and enquiries via phone, email, and in-person
  • Generating repeat prescriptions
  • Performing general clerical duties, including patient registrations, liaising with hospitals, pharmacies, and other care providers
  • Booking appointments and reviews
  • Providing administrative support to the GP partners and nurses

Person Specification

We are looking for a friendly, confident individual who is able to work well under pressure and has excellent communication skills. Experience in the NHS is an advantage, but not essential.
