About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Car Sales Expert to join our team at Harwoods Ltd. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving sales targets in our luxury vehicle dealership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell new and used car products, meeting agreed sales volumes and adhering to manufacturer sales processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer information, and vehicle documentation to ensure compliance with manufacturer standards.
  • Prospect for new customers, build relationships, and maintain regular contact to create repeat business opportunities.
  • Convey the culture of putting customers first by providing excellent service and resolving any issues promptly.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A full UK driving license.
  • Smart appearance.
  • Competency in numeracy, literacy, and IT.
  • Minimum 2 years main dealer Sales Executive experience.
