Job Title: Learning Facilitator

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Learning Facilitator to join our team at Blue Octopus Recruitment Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to students and staff in our Learning Resource Centre.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver a high standard of customer service and support to students and staff
  • Encourage the effective use of LRC resources and services
  • Support students in using digital learning resources and apps
  • Help students find and use resources for their coursework
  • Provide technical support to customers
Requirements:
  • Level 3 qualification
  • Experience of working in a customer-focused environment
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
