Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Lead to join our team at Clearpath Consultancy. As a key member of our commercial function, you will be responsible for managing estimating and commercial activities across various construction projects.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quantity surveying, construction management, or a related field. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, providing expert advice on construction methods, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage estimating and commercial functions, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Provide expert advice on construction methods, materials, and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Professional membership with RICS, CIOB, or equivalent is advantageous.
  • Minimum 5 years' UK experience in a commercial or estimating role within construction.
