Postgraduate Programme Quality Manager

The Programme Manager, Quality Assurance will report to the Director, Quality Management and will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality sexual and reproductive health services within AccessMatters' Provider Networks. This includes communicating quality management information directly to Provider Networks, assisting with overall assessment and monitoring of all Clinical and Social Service Provider Networks, and establishing shared measurement practices.
The successful candidate will have a broad knowledge of public health and/or sexual and reproductive health programs and issues, including those related to adolescent health, family planning, sexually transmitted diseases, and HIV/AIDS. They will also have experience in regulatory/contract compliance and quality management methodologies, preferably in a public health or clinical setting.
The Programme Manager, Quality Assurance will work closely with the Director, Quality Management to develop and implement quality management strategies and will be responsible for monitoring data and providing technical assistance to Provider Networks. They will also support the development, implementation, and monitoring of Network-related QI activities.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in public health or other related field and a minimum of 2-3 years of experience performing Quality Management activities. They will also have experience utilizing QI tools and have a strong understanding of HIPAA and other federal, state, and local regulations governing client confidentiality.
