Teaching Support Specialist

RIBBONS AND REEVES is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Teaching Support Specialist to join our team in Hackney, London. As a key member of our educational team, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning of students and contributing to the overall success of our school.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively with experienced teachers to develop and deliver engaging lesson plans and provide tailored support to students. This will involve working with small groups and individuals to enhance their academic and social skills.
In addition to your teaching responsibilities, you will also contribute to the planning and preparation of lessons, assess student progress and provide feedback to teachers. You will be expected to maintain accurate records of student performance and participate in regular meetings with teachers to discuss progress and identify areas for improvement.
About the Role- Work closely with experienced KS1/2 teachers to develop and deliver engaging lesson plans.
- Provide tailored support to students to enhance their academic and social skills.
- Contribute to the planning and preparation of lessons and assess student progress.
- Contract Type: Full Time, Long Term until July 2025.
- Start Date: Immediate Start.
- Estimated Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum based on London location and experience.
