Job Overview: Experienced Teaching Support

We are seeking a dedicated professional to provide expert teaching support to students with various needs outside mainstream education. As an Experienced Teaching Support specialist with Prospero Teaching, you will offer one-to-one tuition to KS1 and KS2 students with Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement tailored lesson plans to meet the unique needs of each student.
  • Monitor student progress closely, adjusting teaching strategies as necessary.
  • Foster effective communication with students and colleagues to ensure successful outcomes.

Requirements:
  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in supporting students with SEND and diverse needs.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

About Our Team:
You will be part of a collaborative team working with Local Councils and SEND teams throughout the UK. Your commitment to helping students with SEND will make a lasting impact.

Estimated Salary: £42,000 - £60,000 per annum. Prospero Teaching supports professionals in delivering exceptional educational support.
